The application store is inaccessible and I am unable to proceed with my usage of the NAO robot. After I sign in, it proceeds to show me that I have logged out, as shown in the image attached.

Please create a ticket on the platform and don't forget to mention your NAO serial ID. The customer care team will help you access the store again.
