Pepper robot not turning on at all

Yesterday we started Pepper Robot and it turned on fine. Then we shut it down and unlocked the head panel to connect the ethernet cable to its head. But when we tried to turn it back on(after connecting ethernet) it wouldn't turn on at all. There were no lights blinking/flashing of any sort.

We removed the cable, put the panel back on and then tried to turn it on but no luck. We tried to hold the "power button" for 4/6/10 seconds but no blinking of any sort happend. We tried to double tap the "power button" but still nothing happened.

We made sure that:

* Stop button is unlocked

* It was connected to the power source, so the battery shouldn't be an issue.

Is there anything that anyone can suggest

We have the exact same problem right now. We also tried to access the ethernet slot by removing the head and only found out afterwards that the ethernet port ist at the back of the head. We attached the head back on. Since then pepper does not turn on anymore. We have tried basically every possible configuration.

- Re-attaching the head multiple times.

- Power Cable connected / not connected

- Ethernet Cable connected / not connected

- Stop button is unlocked

- Pepper is charged

The only reproducable behaviour we are getting is that when we long press the power button for 4 seconds, the blue shoulder lights turn on. However, nothing happens afterwards.

Any ideas?

Hey, Yes the problem was resolved. I removed the head and placed it back again and it started to work.
